 | | 2007 DElta CRAMOND 6 berth with central heating and double glazing. situated at tattershall country park Linconshire, lakeside plot, front caravan decking with outdoor weatherproof socket for a george foreman ample space for table and chairs with pictueresque views of your own good size garden (with water feature) before the spacious fishing decking for 2 or more anglers and finally the lake which consist of good size roach, rudd, tench, big bream, eel and a few carp and big barbel. It has a good size shed with plug sockets for lawn mower ect space for bikes, table, chairs, fishing tackle.
Inside the caravan, the main area is a kitchen, dining table and lounge. the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, gas cooker/hob and hood and ample storage space, opposite is a modern table for 4 and modern dresser, and towards the front of the van are 2 freestanding 2 seater sofa's ( 1 turns into double sofabed) in immaculate condition as we have always used a throw. A tv cabinat, coffee table, modern fireplace with electric fire. All looking out over the decking onto the lake.
going towards the rear of the caravan is a toilet and wash basin room on the right again in excellent condition, and a bedroom on the left with two single beds, overhead cupboards and a large wardrobe. And finally at the back of the van is a large double bedroom with wardrobes and overhead cupbourds and en suite with BATH and shower, toilet and wash basin with unit, mirror ect.
the van is immaculate and been taken care off, it has never been used by smokers or had dogs ect, the plot is spacious with enough room for 2 cars and big garden area with water feature.

island fishing lake ( caravan is situated on this lake),
syndicate carp lake up to 38lb ,

childrens activity area on the island,
games arcade,
rent pedlo, go carts, fun water boats ,
somerfield is just 5 min walk down the road and there are many takeaways nearby from fish and chips to indians which all deliver to the campsite or a 10 min walk away.
also tattersall castle is next to the campsite,
skegness is a 25min drive ,
mablethorpe is 30 min drive ,
and boston is 20 min drive .
